This program is designed for women with busy lives (professionals, brides, pregnant women, moms, etc.) who don’t know where to start building their healthy + sustainable lifestyle. As your Nutrition + Fitness Coach, I will educate you on the basics of how to easily + conveniently navigate the world of nutrition and wellness so you can live the happy and healthy life you’ve always dreamed of!
This program is NOT a restrictive meal plan, but a lifestyle transformation using the “little adapts” philosophy.
*Note: This program is actually best when you have a busy schedule with travel + social events so you can learn how to stay aligned with your health goals and make better choices in a supported group environment.
