Smoothies are my all time favorite breakfast for a few reasons:
- Takes 2 minutes to make
- Packed with tons of nutrients, healthy fat, fiber, protein + greens
- Flavor combinations are endless
- Easy way to sneak veggies in
- Gentle on your digestive system
This one is creamy from the avocado, but has the perfect sweetness from the strawberries so you barely even taste the avocado. Give it a try ASAP!
Avocado Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 oz non-dairy milk
- ½ avocado
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 handful raw spinach
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 dropper vanilla stevia
- Protein: 1 scoop collagen powder/1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder/2 tbsp hemp hearts
- Handful of ice
- Optional greens:
- 1 tsp spirulina
- 1 dropper chlorophyll
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
