- ¾ cup frozen berries
- Handful of spinach
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 4 ice cubes
