I always see people making “cinnamon roll” smoothies and they look so yummy! I was in the mood for one, but of course couldn’t make this smoothie without the greens (bc duhhhh that’s my easiest “little adapt” – add greens to every meal!) I also added in cauliflower to make it extra thick + creamy and get those extra veggies in.
Cinnamon Roll Smoothie

Ingredients
- 6 oz unsweetened vanilla non-dairy milk
- ½ frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower florets
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 pitted medjool date
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 handful of spinach
- Optional: 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 scoop collagen powder or vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop resistance starch or acacia fiber
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the blender until well combined and enjoy!
