Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups raw almonds
- 2 tbsp sunbutter
- 1 scoop Vega Protein & Greens, Vanilla
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp coconut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp vanilla stevia
- 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp flax seed
Instructions
- Place almonds into food processor and grind into almond meal.
- Put almond meal plus all ingredients (except dark chocolate chips!) into the vitamix or high speed food processor. Blend into a warm dough.
- Place dough into a large bowl and fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Roll into small bite-sized bowls and put in container and freeze for up to 2 weeks (but doubtful you'll have them for that long because they're so delicious!)
- Enjoy for breakfast, snack, or dessert!
