Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper or coconut oil spray.
Add spinach, water + avocado to a blender or food processor until well blended for 30 seconds or so.
Add eggs, coconut oil, coconut sugar + vanilla extract to the blender or food processor and again blend for another 30 seconds (but make sure not to over blend!)
In a bowl, combine coconut flour, cacao powder, and sea salt. Pour the wet mixture into the bowl and use a whisk to combine.
Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into the pan.
Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes. Check with a tooth pick to see if it comes out clean, but bake less if you like it more fudgy.
