Happy March! In honor of St. Patrick’s Day and because I’m pregnant (more mocktails!), I wanted to share this healthy shamrock smoothie so you can join in on the festivities in a way that will makes you feel good in your body without missing out on any of the fun 🙂 Some of my best recipes are my smoothies and this one does not disappoint. Healthy Shamrock Smoothie (DF, GF, V)

Ingredients
- 6 oz unsweetened, vanilla non-dairy milk
- ¼ ripe avocado
- ½ frozen banana 1-2 handfuls raw spinach
- ½ tsp peppermint extract
- Optional: 1 tbsp cacao nibs or vegan dark chocolate chipsto sprinkle on top
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined
- Top with cacao nibs or chocolate chips and enjoy!
