Pregnancy Headache Smoothie (V, DF, GF, NF)

This recipe is meant to be easy, healthy + help alleviate your pregnancy headaches. It saved me so many times during pregnancy when I would have terrible headaches. The potassium from the bananas is EXACTLY what your body needs. I used it all the way through to postpartum! The best part? It tastes absolutely amazing that you won’t mind making this on repeat.

  1. Place all ingredients into a high power blender and blend until one consistent color.
  2. Top with optional granola or grain-free cereal for extra crunch and enjoy!
