This smoothie creation came from an “everything must go” situation because we’re onto to our next adventure. I swear this is where some of my BEST recipes come from and this one is no different! This recipe is packed with veggies, fruit, healthy fat, fiber + protein and tastes like a piece of heaven 🙂 For those of you that have a nut allergy, this recipe contains no nuts and is still so filling and delicious.
Strawberries + Cream Smoothie (DF, GF, NF, V)

Ingredients
- 6 oz coconut milk
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower florets
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract or dash of vanilla stevia
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- Optional:
- 1 handful of greens
- 1 scoop of vanilla plant based protein powder or collagen peptides
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender until well combined!
- Top with shredded coconut and a fresh strawberry garnish. Enjoy!
