Walnut Brownie Power Bites

Ingredients
- 2 cups raw walnuts
- 2 tbsp sunflower butter
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 droppers of vanilla stevia
- 6 dates
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 6 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Califia Farms Cold Brew
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- ½ cup of dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Chop up the dates and raw walnuts (separately) in a Cuisinart food processor.
- Add the chopped dates & walnuts, sunflower butter, tahini, vanilla stevia, cinnamon, cold brew and cacao powder into a Vitamix.
- Mix until it forms into a dough using the tamper.
- Place in the fridge in a covered mixing bowl for 10 minutes to cool.
- Fold chocolate chips into the dough.
- Roll into ping pong sized balls and roll in chia seeds (coating about ¾ of the ball).
- Freeze and enjoy in 2 weeks!
